DOST-PCIEERD HOLDS THE BALIK SCIENTIST PROGRAM – NEEDS ASSESSMENT IN BICOL REGION

DOST-PCIEERD, PCAARRD, PCHRD, and BCIEERD successfully held the Balik Scientist Program (BSP) on March 20, 2025, at Pepperland Hotel, Legazpi City.

The event engaged SUCs, HEIs, NGAs, private sector representatives, and Balik Scientists to identify CMIs’ needs and strengthen partnerships for research and innovation in agriculture, health, industry, energy, and emerging technologies.
