NOTICE OF SEARCH AND CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

The Board of Trustees formally and publicly announces that the Search for two (2) Private Sector Representatives to the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Governing Board is now OPEN.

Qualifications for the Position:

1. Must be a Filipino Citizen.
2. Must be at least thirty-five (35) but not over seventy (70) years old.
3. Must be from an industry, business, or profession preferably related to the CSPC charter or mandate.
4. Must have at least five (5) years of employment, business, or practice of profession in the private sector.
5. Must be a resident of Bicol Region for at least two (2) years.
6. Must have distinguished himself/herself in his/her profession or field of specialization, in terms of educational qualification, training, achievement and awards, career experience, leadership and managerial skills.
7.  Must not be, in any way, connected with Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges; or other government agencies and instrumentalities for one (1) year immediately prior to his/her nomination to the PSR position.
8. Must not be currently employed or appointed to any position in the government (local, national, including government-owned and controlled corporations), be it full time or part time, at the time of nomination for the PSR position.
9. Must not be related to any member of the present Board or their duly authorized representatives, within the fourth civil degree of consanguinity or affinity.
10. Must not have been a candidate who lost in any national or local election, except for barangay elections, within one (1) year after such election.

Documentary Requirements:

1. Formal application letter duly notarized addressed to:

   Diliman, Quezon City

2. Duly accomplished, computerized and notarized Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212).
3. Recommendation or nomination from the agency/organization where he/she represents.
4. Certificate of employment stating nominees present position in the private sector related to the industry, business or profession related to the CSPC’s charter or mandate.
5. Service Record of Nominees who have been employed in the government at any point.
6. NBI Clearance.
7. Certification of no connection with CSPC the nominee is applying or nominated to.
8. Signed commitment and availability of the nominee to serve as PSR.
9. Signed conforme to the conditions of PSR as provided in Section 14 (Annex A of CMO No. 7, s. 2022); and
10. Supporting documents for membership in organizations, awards and trainings must be at least for the past 5 years.

Deadline for submission of application and the required documents is extended until JULY 30, 2025, 5PM.
