𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐒𝐂 & 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤:

On March 12, 2025, the Kapihan with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the 1st Face-to-Face GovTalk successfully gathered Human Resource Management Practitioners (HRMPs) and students at the CSPC Auditorium, Nabua, Camarines Sur, fostering meaningful discussions on HR policies, compliance, and best practices in government service.

The Kapihan with CSC, held from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN, brought together HRMPs from various government sectors, including Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs), National Government Agencies (NGAs), State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), and Local Government Units (LGUs) across Camarines Sur. CSC representatives led insightful discussions on the latest HR policies, regulatory updates, and strategies for improving public sector human resource management.

In the afternoon, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the 1st Face-to-Face GovTalk convened students from Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), UNEP, USANT, and Baao Community College.
This milestone event emphasized the importance of partnerships, innovation, and continuous learning in shaping a more responsive and efficient HR system in public service.
