CSPC Alumni win 3rd Place in 34th LISM Research Conference

Paula Jane Sotto, a CSPC Bachelor of Library and Information Science graduate, along with co-authors Jimarose De Lima, Jekyll Mota, and Angelene Sarza, secured 3rd place in the Best Research Award at the 34th LISM Research Conference.

Their study, “Preparedness and Preventive Measures for Typhoon Disasters in Rinconada Libraries,” was presented during the awarding ceremony on November 29, 2024, at the National Library of the Philippines. Guided by advisers Ayra Gonowon and James Nicolo SJ. Sias, their research will be published next year in the NLP Research Publications.
