CSPC holds 5th Episode of “Magtanong sa Pangulo” for COS and JO employees

During this session, SUC President III Dr. Amado A. Oliva Jr., along with other key CSPC officials, addressed and acknowledged the concerns raised by Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) employees on issues related to job security, working conditions, and potential improvements in administrative processes.

The dialogue provided a platform for COS and JO employees to voice their concerns and ensure that their feedback is considered in the institution’s ongoing efforts to enhance workplace conditions and operational efficiency.
