The College of Technological and Developmental Education congratulates 𝗠𝗥. 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗡 𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗟. 𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗢, a faculty member of this college, for his affiliation with the DOST-National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) as a newly Associate Member under Division VIII – Social Sciences as of September 2024.
