Student Registration and Records

The Student Registration and Records Office (SRRO) is the main unit in charge of student enrolment; maintenance and preservation of student’s scholastic records; academic advising, and student graduation.

The unit is also responsible for a wide range of services for its clients. These include validation of student ID, monitoring of grading sheets, processing and issuance of credentials and certifications, authentication of scholastic records, and academic record maintenance. The office also issues certificate of enrolment, develops academic calendars, and co-manages the Student Information and Accounting System (SIAS).

Student Application/Documentary Request

• Issuance of Certificate of Enrolment
• Authentication of Scholastic Records and other documents issued by the SRRO
• Issuance of Certifications (e.g. Cert. as Graduate, Cert. as Latin, GWA, COG, CAV)
• Issuance of Honorable Dismissal or Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer
• Processing and issuance of Official Transcript of Records (For Employment, Board Exam or Admission)
• Processing and distribution of Diploma (New and Renewal)
• Validation of Student ID
• Processing and issuance of permits to cross enroll
• Handling requests for academic record corrections (e.g. Name, Student ID No.)
• Verification of Student Record

Academic Record Management

• Management and maintenance of student evaluation checklists and credentials
• Filing of Grading Sheet by semester
• Filing of Application for Graduation Forms
• Filing of Reports, Memorandums and other forms of communication
• Filing of Promissory Notes

Graduation and Degree Services

• Verification of degree completion for employers, institutions and agencies

Student Evaluation Records

• Alignment of evaluated transfer credits from other institutions
• Assistance with /dropping/adding/changing of subjects
• Request for the Change/Correction of Grades
• Request for Authority to Access SIAS Account for Grade Encoding

Communication and Customer Service

• Responding to student and faculty inquiries
• Providing official communications on academic matters
• Offering general support and information to the CSPC community

Others

• Providing information on academic policies and procedures
• Assistance with academic deficiencies and appeals
