The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges through its Center for International Linkages and Public Affairs has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, forging a partnership with Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) on November 24, 2021.
The virtual and ceremonial signing was held via Zoom conference call which was witnessed by both CSPC and ASSCAT administrators, faculty and staff.
CSPC President Dr. Charlito P. Cadag and ASSCAT President Joy C. Capistrano represented their respective colleges in signing the MOU documents. International Relations Officer Prof. Filmor J. Murillo and his ASSCAT counterpart International Relations and External Linkages Affairs Director Dr. Vivian Cabalbal Peligro also signed the said documents.
