Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) SUC President III Dr. Amado A. Oliva, Jr., together with Mrs. Nancy S. Penetrante, Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF); Mrs. Shirley M. Illo, Supervising Administrative Officer (SAO); and Ms. Michelle Magistrado, Budget Officer III; attended the 2026 Regional Economic Briefing themed “Delivering Better Services through Public Sector Efficiency,” held in Legazpi City, Albay.

The briefing brought together government officials and stakeholders to discuss economic developments, public sector performance, and strategies to strengthen government efficiency in delivering quality public services.

The participation of CSPC officials underscores the institution’s commitment to staying informed on regional economic priorities and supporting initiatives that promote effective, efficient, and responsive public service.
