Congratulations, newly registered Civil Engineers!

Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges proudly celebrates 23 new CSPCean Registered Civil Engineers who passed the September 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination, given by the Professional Regulation Commission – Board of Civil Engineers on September 29–30, 2026.

With a 26.44% school passing rate against the 37.14% national passing rate, these new engineers have shown the grit and discipline it takes to earn the title.

You have laid the foundation, and now it’s time to build roads, bridges, and communities that last. 🌉

Thank you to our faculty, families, and mentors who supported them every step of the way. The CSPC community is proud of you! 💙
