The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges formalized its partnership with the Department of Migrant Workers through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held on June 11, 2026 at the CSPC Board Room.

The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration in advancing programs and initiatives related to labor, employment, and migrant worker support services, fostering opportunities for knowledge exchange and institutional cooperation.

Representing the Department of Migrant Workers were, Atty. Jeena P. Paclibar-Laceda, DMW Regional Director, Atty. Dominic Cerbito, DMW Attorney IV, and Philip T. Alano, Chief Labor and Employment Officer.

On behalf of CSPC were Dr. Challiz D. Omorog, Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (VPRIC); Daisylen D. Alano, ECSO Director; Atty. Maria Francia Abaca, Legal Affairs Unit (LAU); Dr. Luningning Q. Bregala, Chief Administrative Officer Ms. Nancy S. Penetrante, Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF); and Dr. Jocelyn O. Jintalan, Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA).

The partnership underscores both institutionsโ€™ commitment to strengthening institutional linkages and promoting programs that support workforce development and migration-related initiatives.
