CSPC Holds Basic Naval ROTC Graduation Ceremony for SY 2025-2026

The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges successfully conducted the Graduation Ceremony of the Basic Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (BNROTC) for School Year 2025–2026 on May 24, 2025, at the CSPC Gymnasium.

The ceremony marked a significant milestone for the graduating cadets as they formally completed their military training, demonstrating discipline, leadership, patriotism, and commitment to public service. The event gathered ROTC officials, cadets, and distinguished guests in celebration of the cadets’ achievements.

Leading the event was Dr. Amado A. Oliva, Jr., who graced the ceremony in support of the institution’s continuing commitment to youth development and civic responsibility through the ROTC program.

Also present during the occasion was Commodore Estelito B. Lagadia, who inspired the graduates through his message emphasizing honor, service, and dedication to the nation, along with CAPT Aniceto P. Medalla, Commandant of the 341st NROTC Unit, whose presence further highlighted the importance of leadership, discipline, and patriotism among the graduating cadets.

The graduation ceremony highlighted the importance of strengthening leadership and national service among the youth while recognizing the hard work and perseverance of the graduating cadets throughout their training.

The BNROTC program continues to play a vital role in molding responsible citizens and future leaders who are prepared to contribute to national development and community service.
