State Universities and Colleges (SUC) leaders gathered for a consultative meeting led by Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis of the Commission on Higher Education to discuss key policies and directions in higher education before the Opening of the 2026 PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival.

CSPC President III, Dr. Amado A. Oliva Jr. joined fellow leaders in addressing concerns, sharing best practices, and aligning institutional goals with national priorities.

The meeting reinforced a shared commitment to collaboration, innovation, and advancing quality, accessible education for all Filipinos.
