Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) has achieved a notable performance rating of 4.60 in the Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Performance Review (APR), as evaluated by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Regional Office V
In accordance with Circular Letter No. 2025-2, the assessment was based on the institution’s physical, financial, and income performance from January to December 2025. The results were finalized following a series of evaluations, discussions, and agreements during the Annual APR Conference.
According to the Annual Agency Performance Review (AAPR) Tool, CSPC demonstrated strong compliance in terms of financial and physical targets, as well as the timeliness and quality of its report submissions—key factors that contributed to its high overall score.
The College remains committed to sustaining its performance and further strengthening its institutional capacity in the years ahead.
