Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) successfully held the launching ceremony of its Manufacturing and Fabrication Laboratory Shared Service Facility (SSF), marking a significant step in advancing innovation, technical capability, and industry collaboration.
The facility was established through a Php 5,000,000.00 equipment grant from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), underscoring the governmentโs continued support for innovation-driven education and enterprise development. The SSF features a suite of advanced digital printing, fabrication, and specialized production machinery aimed at strengthening research commercialization and enhancing entrepreneurial support services for students, faculty, and local stakeholders.
The event was graced by RD Dindo G. Nabol, Regional Director of DTI Regional Office V, and PD Jay Percival S. Abalan, Provincial Director of DTI Camarines Sur. Representing CSPC were Dr. Amado A. Oliva Jr., Dr. Jocelyn O. Jintalan, and Dr. Lalaine Lastrollo, along with various heads of offices and key personnel of the college.
With the establishment of the SSF and the strengthened collaboration through the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), CSPC continues to position itself as a catalyst for technological advancement and inclusive growth, empowering its academic community and local industries alike.
