𝗖𝗦𝗣𝗖 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗨𝗖𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗢𝗨 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗶𝗲𝘀

Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), led by Dr. Amado A. Oliva, Jr., SUC President III, joined fellow State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) presidents in the official signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) with the Kansas State University (KSU) Carl and Melinda Helwig Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering.

The ceremonial signing, held on March 19, 2026, at the Villa Caceres Hotel in Naga City, underscored the shared commitment of participating institutions to further strengthen international academic collaboration, research development, and knowledge exchange.

The renewed partnership highlights CSPC’s continued efforts to expand its global engagement and enhance opportunities for both faculty and students through strategic international linkages.
