𝗗𝗧𝗜 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗦𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗦𝗣𝗖 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗠𝗢𝗔 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽

The Department of Trade and Industry – Camarines Sur Provincial Office (DTI-CamSur) and the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) formalized a partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to enhance public awareness of consumer and business development programs via CSPC’s Broadcast Center.

CSPC’s Broadcast Center, recognized as the first Educational Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcast (DTTB) in the Philippines with two approved radio stations, 94.3 DWBT FM and DZCC 87.5 FM, will support the program “Usapang Konsyumer at Negosyo.” The initiative aims to deepen public understanding of government agricultural and development programs, promote well-being, and accelerate the delivery of technologies and extension services.

The agreement was signed by Jay Percival S. Ablan, Provincial Director of DTI-CamSur; Madel A. Alacar, Senior Trade-Industry Development Specialist and Public Information Officer; Dr. Amado A. Oliva Jr., SUC President III of CSPC; and Dr. Noel R. Volante, Head of the CSPC Broadcast Center. The partnership highlights a shared commitment to using media and communication platforms to support education and community development.
