The Department of Trade and Industry โ€“ Camarines Sur Provincial Office (DTI-CamSur) and the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) formalized a partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to enhance public awareness of consumer and business development programs via CSPCโ€™s Broadcast Center.

CSPCโ€™s Broadcast Center, recognized as the first Educational Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcast (DTTB) in the Philippines with two approved radio stations, 94.3 DWBT FM and DZCC 87.5 FM, will support the program โ€œUsapang Konsyumer at Negosyo.โ€ The initiative aims to deepen public understanding of government agricultural and development programs, promote well-being, and accelerate the delivery of technologies and extension services.

The agreement was signed by Jay Percival S. Ablan, Provincial Director of DTI-CamSur; Madel A. Alacar, Senior Trade-Industry Development Specialist and Public Information Officer; Dr. Amado A. Oliva Jr., SUC President III of CSPC; and Dr. Noel R. Volante, Head of the CSPC Broadcast Center. The partnership highlights a shared commitment to using media and communication platforms to support education and community development.
