A ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing was held between the CSPC-Extension and Community Services Office (ECSO) and Nuestra Seรฑora de la Medalla Milagrosa, Iriga City, marking the formalization of a collaborative partnership. Representing CSPC-ECSO were Extension Director Ms. Daisylen D. Alano and CHS Extension Coordinator Ms. Mari Len Amoroso, November 27, 2028. The agreement was signed together with Rev. Fr. Joven S. Abano, signifying shared commitment toward community engagement and service. This initiative strengthens institutional linkages and supports the development of impactful extension programs.
