The Learning Resources and Development Unit (LRD) of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) is set to take part in the nationwide observance of the 91st National Book Week Celebration from October 15–17, 2025.
Anchored on the theme, “Tulay ang Pagbasa sa Bukas na Puno ng Pag-asa,” this year’s celebration underscores the transformative role of reading—not only as a source of leisure, but also as a powerful bridge to knowledge, wisdom, and boundless opportunities.
Through this annual celebration, CSPC reaffirms its commitment to fostering a culture of reading, highlighting its capacity to inspire hope, open pathways to success, and shape a brighter future for learners and communities.
