Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, through its 341st NROTC Unit, Marching Band, Majorettes, and Color Guards once again blazed with excellence at the 15th Bicol Regional Military Parade and Exhibition Competition, this September 19, 2025, at Panganiban Drive – Plaza Quince Martires, Naga City, in celebration of the Peñafrancia Festival.

With discipline, teamwork, and the true spirit of CSPCeans, our delegation proudly earned:
