Secure your account in just a few steps:
- ๐๐ผ๐ด ๐ถ๐ป to your institutional Gmail.
- Click your ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐น๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป (top right).
- Click โ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ด๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐.โ
- Go to the โ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐/ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ & ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป-๐ถ๐ปโ tab.
- Scroll down to โ๐ฎ-๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ฉ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป.โ
- Follow the prompts to:
- Confirm your password
- Choose your verification method (e.g., phone number, authenticator app)
- Complete the setup and turn on ๐ฎ-๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ฉ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป.
Once enabled, your account will require both your password and a verification code during login โ keeping it safer from unauthorized access.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) will be enabled for all institutional accounts by July 28, 2025. Please ensure your account is properly configured before this date, as 2FA will become mandatory.
