The College of Arts and Sciences proudly congratulates Mr. Ejay F. Barcinilla, Head of the Center for Research in Integrative Social & Special Sciences and Policy (CRIS3P), for being awarded Best Forum Presenter during the 4th International, 3rd National, and 9th Regional Forum on Education and Research, held last May 2โ€“3, 2025 via hybrid mode and hosted by the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA).

Mr. Barcinilla presented his study titled โ€œTeaching Philosophy, Teaching Style, and ICT Competency of Faculty in a Hybrid Class Modality in a Polytechnic State College.โ€
His research stood out among participants from local and international academic institutions, showcasing both relevance and rigor in exploring pedagogical dynamics in hybrid learning environments.

The forum, co-hosted by the Chinese University of Science and Technology (Taiwan), Universitas Mataram (Indonesia), University of the Philippines Los Baรฑos, and the Bicol Association of Language and Literature Teachers (BALLT), gathered educators, researchers, and academic leaders from around the globe.

Mr. Barcinillaโ€™s achievement affirms the commitment of CSPC-CAS faculty to academic excellence and research leadership.
