The Records and Freedom of Information Unit successfully conducted the Orientation on Records Management, Document Control, and Freedom of Information on March 19, 2025 at the College Auditorium. The event was attended by Records Custodians and Alternate Records Custodians from various offices within CSPC. This orientation aimed to familiarize participants with proper records management practices, document control procedures, and awareness of the Freedom of Information policy to ensure the efficient handling of institutional records.
