TheSPARK stood unbowed as Bicol’s Best as it blazed to a three-peat victory through a series of awards in group events at the recently concluded 22nd Regional Tertiary Schools Press Conference (RTSPC).

Held on February 26-28 in Rakdell Inn, Virac, Catanduanes, the publication has swept the tabloid category with straight first-place finishes and further bagged multiple awards from other printed issues.

Meanwhile, The Bicol Universitarian of Bicol University (BU) main campus stood strong as first runner-up, followed by The College Artisans Bulletin of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture Sipocot Campus in second place.

Rounding out the top five were also The BISCAST Collegian of Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology and The Inditers of BU Polangui Campus as third and fourth runners-up, respectively.

TheSPARK has been holding the Bicol’s Best Campus Paper title since the 20th RTSPC held last 2020.
