The CSPC Procurement Unit successfully hosted the Suppliers & Contractors’ Day on February 28, 2025, at the CSPC Library AVR. The event brought together suppliers and contractors from various areas, along with college officials and BAC members, to promote transparency, collaboration, and shared growth.
Attendees gained valuable insights into procurement, supply management, project development, accounting, and cash processes through a series of informative presentations. An interactive open forum provided an opportunity to address concerns and clarify procedures, further strengthening partnerships between the institution and its stakeholders.
To acknowledge their participation, Certificates of Participation were awarded, and raffle prizes were given to lucky attendees. The event concluded on a positive note, highlighting the importance of strong partnerships in achieving institutional goals.
