CSPC holds FMEA and Work Instruction Review

During this activity, CSPC’s Top Management and key representatives from various institutional clusters, including the Office of the President, REPED, ACAD, and Admin & Finance, participated in a comprehensive review of their work instructions.

They utilized Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) principles to pinpoint potential areas for improvement.
