SUC President III Dr. Amado A. Oliva Jr. and VPAA Dr. Jocelyn O. Jintalan were joined by James Cavin T. Sayago, a CSPC – BSEE student who won the gold medal in the Electrical Installation category, along with his coach, Engr. Eddie L. Cabaltera, to represent the institution at this event.
