Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges proudly salutes its alumnus, 2LT Jemel R. Dayupay PN(M), for his stellar accomplishment as the Top 1 (Valedictorian) of “Masakbayan” Class 40 of the Naval Officer Candidate Course at the Philippine Navy Officer Candidate School!
The graduation ceremony was held on 25 June 2024 at Naval Station Leovigildo Gantioqui in San Antonio, Zambales.
Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration degree he obtained in 2017 at CSPC, Dayupay garnered the recognition of graduating ‘With Highest Distinction’ alongside numerous awards:
