On May 6, 2024, the College of Arts and Sciences (CSPC-CAS) hosted the “BISARA: Building Innovative Strategies for Alleviating Research Anxiety” webinar via Google Meet, attracting a diverse group of student participants from Sta. Justina High School.

This extension activity featured experts from the AB English Language Studies Core Faculty, who discussed Strategic Preparation, Handling Q&A Sessions, and Overcoming Nervousness and Performance Anxiety.

The webinar, moderated by Mr. Dan Fereth B. Fajardo, Program Chair of AB English, aimed to equip students with effective strategies to handle the stresses associated with academic research.

Students from the said school eager to learn ways to enhance their academic performance and manage research-related stress, ensuring they could approach their studies with increased confidence and less anxiety.
