Judah Paulo Espero, a student from Bachelor of Science in Midwifery (BSM) 3A program at the College of Health Sciences (CHS), placed 1st in the recently concluded Philippine Midwifery Licensure Examination (PMLE) held on April 29-30 2024.
Additionally, Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) attained an impressive overall passing rate of 88.24%, with a 100% rating for first-time test-takers and 50% for repeaters.
