CSPC students shine at the 2024 PASUC National Culture and Arts Festival

This event brought together gifted participants representing all 16 regions of the country, showcasing their talents in diverse events including dance, music, and theater arts competitions.

Let’s give our standing ovation to the CSPC Live Band, proudly representing the Bicol Region, for claiming the championship in the Live Band Competition of the 2024 PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival!
The winning lineup includes Kyla Mae Arevalo (vocalist), John Michael Mamano (conga/rainmaker), Jamha Babe Bagasbas (keyboard), Mark Ryan Bon (drummer), Wilfredo Paulo Balang (lead guitar), Joevan Tabarangao (rhythm guitar), and Mark Gabriel Felomina (bass guitar). They were coached by Ms. Brine Joy Abonita with the guidance of Dr. Jay L. Luzon, SASO Director and Cultural Coordinator.
 
Cheers to Roezelle Dait, the representative of Region V and CSPC’s pride, for achieving 3rd Place in the Instrumental Solo (Violin) event at the 2024 PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival!
She was coached by Mr. Leo Francis Barbonio, CSPC Chorale trainer/conductor.
 
Hats off to our musical collaborators, Cyril Joy Abonal and Jessie James Perdigon, for securing fourth place in the Banduria competition of the 2024 PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival!
The pair was coached by Ms. Brine Joy Abonita.
 
The Philippine Normal University in Manila hosts the ongoing 11th PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival where contestants from the country’s 16 regions vie for victory in visual arts, dance, music, and theater arts competitions until 25 April 2024.
