JUST IN | CSPC reigns supreme at Tanog Banda 2024
The
CSPC Marching Band won top awards at Tanog Banda 2024: 2nd Brass Marching Band Competition held on 20 April 2024 at the Naga College Foundation (NCF) ST Quad, Naga City:
CSPC Marching Band
1st Place, Brass Band Category
Desiree Mae Nazareth
1st Place, Solo Instrument Category
Viane Axcel Lacaya
2nd Place, Solo Majorette Category
School-based brass bands from all over the Bicol Region gathered to compete in this year’s Tanog Banda. This competition is organized by NCF through its Concert and Marching Band to “serve as an inspiration to student musicians to improve their skills and to encourage school officials to support their band training program that they may level up to the category of ‘concert band’.”
CSPC extends its appreciation to Jethro Theodore Estadilla, Band Leader; Mr. Joemel Relativo, Band Director; Mr. Anthony Gastilo, Assistant Band Director; Mr. Noel Lopez, Majorette Trainer; and Dr. Jay L. Luzon, SASO Director and Cultural Coordinator, for their instrumental contributions to this achievement.
