In a concerted effort to promote and strengthen ethical leadership and public service, the Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) Program recently spearheaded the “๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฆ๐๐๐ ๐๐ง: ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ -๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ ๐๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐”. This initiative, held on February 21, 2024, at Sta. Justina, Buhi, Camarines Sur, epitomized a strong partnership between the CSPC College of Arts and Sciences and the Barangay Local Government Unit of Sta. Justina.

Through a series of interactive workshops and robust deliberations, both participants and facilitators engaged in constructive dialogue and action planning, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
