Faculty members and non-teaching personnel of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges convened on 15 to 17 August 2023 for a three-day in-house Human Resource Management and Development program dubbed “Recon and Rincon at CSPC’s 40th”. Participants were able to engage in conversations about building professional relationships, adopting a growth mindset for high-performance teams while addressing gender and mental health aspects, exploring interactive teaching pedagogy, as well as discovering practices on health and wellness through organic food and farming. Insights into the services offered by Pag-IBIG, SSS, and GSIS were also shared with the CSPC workforce by their respective representatives. The in-house HRM program is a regular undertaking spearheaded by the Human Resource Management and Development Office and is designed to provide employees an avenue for developing their personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities.
