The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges issues this urgent notice to the public against individuals who illegally use the name of the College to ask for financial donations, like for a medical condition/reason; or claiming to be a former “STUDENT-TRUSTEE of CSPC” for the same reason.
Several victims of this modus have already notified the College.
Should anyone have been victimized by any individual thru similar manner, please report immediately to the nearest enforcement authorities (PNP/NBI, etc.).
The College is now pursuing legal and other measures with the help of investigating bodies and prosecuting agencies of the government. CSPC has not authorized any individual to use its name for purposes of solicitations or donations. It further appeals to the general public to be vigilant against individuals and their modus operandi, and to be united in helping curb this crime.
