The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Guidance Center, in collaboration with CSPC FM Campus Radio, has launched its 2022 radio program in Campus Radio at the 87.5 FM dial and also in Facebook live. Aimed at mental health awareness amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the radio program launched on January 6, 2022 and will run every Thursday until the end of December 2022.
The radio program’s goal, according to organizers, is to make the community aware that mental health is a serious matter. This was also the goal of the year long radio program of the Guidance Center in 2021.
The radio program has since aired discussions on topics as “Managing Back-to-School Anxiety” with Leny O. Figuracion and Ma. Kiara Sapinoso on January 20, 2022, “Improving Bedtime Routine; Getting Yourself a Consistent Better Sleep” with Ma. Kiara Sapinoso and Eva C. Sasuluya on January 27, 2022, “Happy Hearts and Healthy Mind” with Shaula Anne Monera B. Ayong and Dianna H. Cortezano on February 10, 2022, and “Acing Your Exams” with Ma. Kiara Sapinoso and Sarah H. Verano on March 10, 2022.
