CSPC assists Baao MAO in Taro Leaves Product Seminar

The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges through its Extension Services Office and the Rinconada Business Incubation Center and Enterprise Development (RBICED) assisted the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist (MAO) of the local government unit of Baao (LGU-Baao) in conducting a training on taro leaves product development and management for farmers of Brgy. Agdangan, Baao, Camarines Sur on October 29, 2021.


Titled “Training on Product Development and Management of Taro Leaves with Business Concept” the seminar’s purpose was to “help taro farmers get engaged in a business enterprise activity through innovation”.


Among the topics discussed were “Productions and Operations Management” by RBICED Project In Charge Mr. Kristopher T. Visaya, and “Marketing and Commercialization” by Economic Enterprise Development Project In-Charge Dr. Lalaine M. Lastrollo.


The organizers extended their thanks to CSPC President Dr. Charlito P. Cadag, SUC President III, to the Production and Entrepreneurial Development Services and to the Vice President for Research, Extension and Entrepreneurial Development for choosing LGU Baao as one of the College’s partner LGUs.
