Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges‘ The SPARK publication emerged victorious in the 11th RAYTERISTA Press Convention spearheaded by The Bicol Universitarian on February 7-9, this year, held at Coastal View Beach Resort, Sto. Domingo, Albay.
The annual regional student press conference was participated by various learning institutions in the secondary and tertiary levels in the region.
