The Extension Services Office (ESO) of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) conducted its 2nd In-House Action Planning Cum Project Proposal Write Shop for the year 2021 at the Pearl Function Hall on August 24, 2020.
The Director for Extension Services, Dr. Amado A. Oliva, Jr., delivered his opening remarks and stated the purpose of the activity. According to him, extension as one of the four-fold functions will help Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges in formulating plans to sustain partnerships with stakeholders, thereby meeting the targets for the year 2021. It was followed by a message from Dr. Teresita B. Salazar (Vice-President for Research, Extension, Production and Entrepreneurial Development).
Dr. Charlito P. Cadag (SUC President) was also present and gave his inspirational message noting CSPC ESO’s love of service to the community and its dynamism in making a difference.
Training Programs Extension Coordinator, Ms. Alyssa D. Lagatic; Communication Information Extension Coordinator, Mr. Rowel R. Ramos; Community Outreach Extension Coordinator, Prof. Naneth O. Oida; Technical Assistance Extension Coordinator, Ms. Maricris L. Ramirez; and Technology Transfer and Utilization Extension Coordinator, Engr. Christian S. Nabio, comprise the pool of extension coordinators.
The event highlighted the Project Proposal Writeshop on identifying possible and feasible projects and priorities.
The In-House Action Planning Cum Project Proposal Write Shop is a prerequisite exercise where the extension coordinators presented their Action Plan CY 2021, to generate fundable projects and activity proposals as well as to identify and implement relevant projects addressing the needs of the partner communities. This activity aims to solicit inputs and improve the quality of projects and activity proposals prior to its approval and implementation.
The ESO conducted its initial In-House Action Planning Cum Project Proposal Write Shop last January 15, 2020 at the Gym Function Hall.
