CSPC holds groundbreaking ceremony for new Acad Building

Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) officially broke ground on its new 4-storey Academic Building at a ceremony on March 8, 2021 facilitated by the Physical Plant and Facilities Management Services (PPFMS) under the tutelage of Engr. Martin Valeras.

The state-of-the-art P57-million facility incorporates the latest technology and teaching/learning environment for the College’s multi-purpose functions.

President Charlito P. Cadag stated in his speech, “This building will provide student activity/study areas at the ground floor, student development center at the second floor which include infirmary and other student related offices, training space for indoor activities, guidance office and admission and testing center at the third floor, and audio-visual room, training room and classrooms at the fourth floor to match the academic excellence and quality services to our students and stakeholders.”

The program was participated by key college officials and representatives of Jurassic Construction.

The building was designed by Engr. Jeffrey P. Reginaldo of PPFMS and will be constructed by Jurassic Construction and Supply according to standards for certification. Completion is expected by December 2021.
