DOST OKs BSEM alumna’s project

A project titled “Oyster Mushroom Production” by Maria Bernadette S. Navera, BS Entrepreneurial Management alumna of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, has been approved by the Department of Science and Technology Technology Application and Promotion Institute (DOST-TAPI) under the Stage II of the DOST – Academe Technology-Based Enterprise Development (DATBED) Program.

The information was relayed by DOST-TAPI Director Edgar Garcia to the Rinconada Business Incubation Center and Enterprise Development on March 9, 2021 through an e-mail.

Navera will be provided with a Two Hundred Forty-six Thousand and One Hundred Fifty Peso (Php 246,150.00) fund which is set to be used for the production of her project.

Last October 2020, Navera presented her business proposal during a Technology Licensing Agreement signing ceremony and was subsequently submitted for review to DOST.
