Mr. Phillip Mari P. Figura, a faculty of the College of Business Management, bagged the second highest spot in the Digital Drone Photography Competition 2020 conducted by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Camarines Sur Provincial Office in collaboration with the Camarines Sur Institute of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (CASIFMAS).
Launched in October, the inaugural contest aimed to promote love for agriculture and drone photography and hoped to awaken the awareness of the public on the potentials of drone photography for employment and livelihood.
Figura, alongside third placer Mr. Lance Xavier Alegre of Naga City Hall and winner Mr. Omell Cruz of Bulacan, bested more than 20 drone photographers during the virtual awarding held at CASIFMAS – Pasacao Campus on November 5, 2020.
