The purpose of the office is to cater to the needs, processes, and operations of all income-generating projects in line with the university’s objective “to offer polytechnic and technological innovation to its graduates.” The office provides an avenue for students and young entrepreneurs to showcase products developed through research and source of livelihood opportunities for the communities.[lab_heading title_tag=”H3″ title=”Rinconada Business Incubation Center and Enterprise Development (RBICED)”][/lab_heading]The Rinconada Business Incubation Center and Enterprise Development (RBICED) Office shall be responsible for planning to launch a business through incubation. The office shall cater to start-up entrepreneurs in Rinconada to overcome the arduous task of entering the market. It shall help aspiring entrepreneurs to become the best in their areas of interest, inclination, and expertise. The office shall be offering several services and state-of-the-art facilities to those who wish to venture into the business industry. Everyone who has a unique and innovative project or technology-based idea may apply. The Economic Enterprise Development (EED) Office, on the other hand, is responsible for the income-generating projects (IGPs) and consignments of the University. This office is conceived of in compliance with the Higher Education Modernization Act, emphasizing strengthening the functions of state universities and colleges, namely, instruction, research, extension, and production. The office provides support to maximize the fund sourcing activities in promoting and initiating these IGPs according to the Department of Budget and Management Circular 92-8 dated Nov. 18, 1992, which refers to the revolving funds of the University for the operation of auxiliary services.[lab_heading title_tag=”H3″ title=”PEDS Links” el_class=”sidebar-heading”][/lab_heading]
