The Data Privacy Manual is hereby adopted in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and other relevant policies, including issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
This Manual outlines the data protection and security measures adopted by the College to protect data privacy rights, and shall serve as a guide in the exercise of rights under the DPA.
