The Gender and Development Office is responsible for mainstreaming gender matters and concerns in all the programs of the University to maintain impartiality. Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), soon to be Polytechnic University of Bicol (PSUB), has been faithful in promoting Gender Equality, Women Empowerment and Human Rights Protection. With the mandates of Gender and Development as its foundation, women’s issues and Gender-Based Violence/Discrimination are crucially mitigated in CSPC.
