CSPC-College of Arts and Sciences in partnership with LEMEN, the official student organization of BS Mathematics and BS Applied Mathematics, has initiated an extension activity titled “DABEST: Data Analysis through Basic and Engaging Statistics Training” at Sto. Niรฑo National High School, its partner institution, today, April 12, via online.
The activity aims to boost the statistical prowess of 92 senior high school students by introducing them to vital statistical concepts and data analysis tools such as MS Excel and SPSS.

The said extension activity is delivered by the expert Mathematics faculty of CSPC-CAS and covers topics ranging from the Introduction to Statistics to more advanced subjects like Data Analysis Using MS Excel and SPSS.

This initiative not only sharpens the studentsโ skills in data handling and interpretation but also prepares them for further academic pursuits and potential careers in data-driven disciplines.
