Public servants from the different parts of Camarines Sur gathered at the CSPC Gymnasium for the Camarines Sur Kick-Off Ceremony, which took place in connection with the observance of the Camarines Sur Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners, together with the Civil Service Commission, of the 122nd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary on September 6, 2022, with the theme, “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decades: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant Heroes.”
Dr. Charlito P. Cadag, the SUC President delivered the welcome message, followed by Dir. Ma. Dolores D. Salud, the Provincial Director of Camarines Sur, also gave a message of support. The keynote speakers of the event were Dr. Rosalinni V. Moneda, the Assistant Regional Director in Bicol and Atty. Daisy P. Bragais, the Regional Director. Mr. Henry T. Camatoy, the CSCHRMP President also gave his words of appreciation.
A Eucharistic Celebration, Zumba, and a total of 4 games also took place with active participation from the attendees. The event ended with the awarding of the prizes to the winners of the games and the certificate of appreciation to participants. The CSPC Choir and CSPC Performing Arts were also present during the event which had Mrs. Noreen Grace P. Hayag, Human Resource Specialist II of the CSC-Camarines Sur as the emcee.
