SUMMARY:Training on Government Reform Act (RA 9184) and its Revised IRR and Updates via Zoom
DESCRIPTION:The goal of the training is to enable the participants to be updated of the recent rulings\, laws and issuances relative to the RA 9184 and its IRR updates. Moreover it is aimed to capacitate the participants in evaluating the outcome of the procurement process including compliance with laws\, rules and regulations. Also\, to ensure effective and efficient operations in their respective areas of responsibility as well as to aid the end-users and project managers in the preparation of gender-responsive and gender-sensitive projects for the College. \nThe activity will last for five (days) from April 4-8\, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 12NN. The target participants will be the Regular BAC Members and the Technical Working Group and the end-users.
