The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) proudly participated in the Opening Parade and Program of the 12th PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival held from April 8–11, 2026 at West Visayas State University.

Leading the CSPC delegation were Dr. Amado A. Oliva, Jr., SUC President III, together with VPAA Dr. Jocelyn O. Jintalan, VPAF Mrs. Nancy S. Penetrante, and Dr. Jay O. Luzon, Director of SASO.

The festival brings together State Universities and Colleges nationwide in a vibrant celebration of Filipino culture, creativity, and artistic excellence.
