Joshua Bustarga Pajo, a first-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) student at CSPC from Barangay Caranday, Baao Camarines Sur, was hailed as one of the Ten Outstanding 4Ps Bicolano Youth. The DSWD Field Office V commenced this regional search through the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program under the theme โ4Ps Bicolano Youth Leading the Way in Excellence, Positive Change, and Service.โ
According to Norman S. Laurio, regional director, โMr. Pajo demonstrated exceptional dedication to academic excellence and made a significant impact on his community, contributing to the development and improvement of his fellow Bicolano Youth,โ which made him on the list. Hence, the activity also applauds 4Ps youth who have positively contributed to their communities, highlighting their impact through active engagement in youth organizations within schools and the broader community.
Moreover, the award ceremony will take place on September 12, 2024, at the Bicol University Main Campus in Legazpi City wherein the ten distinguished youths from various parts of the region will be honored.
